A native of Washington D.C., I received my Masters in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, with a special emphasis in Music Therapy. I also received my certification as a Gestalt therapist from the Gestalt Institue of the Rockies. I have worked as an inpatient therapist at Exempla West Pines in Wheat Ridge, a music therapist at The Argyle nursing home in Denver, and as a home-visit family therapist working with high-risk children at Community Reach Center in Adams County. I have also received training in EMDR, (an effective technique for resolving trauma), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, and Experiential Play Therapy. I received my Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy training from The Psychedelic Research and Training Institute in 2023 

Before I became a therapist, I worked in a recording studio and played jazz guitar semi-professionally. I enjoy skiing, being outdoors, meditation, playing music, and spending time with my family.
